This product is an improved design based on the use of this type of product at home and abroad. It solves the shortcomings of inconvenient replacement of the liner and non-adjustable axial position of the spiral. Its features are as follows:

Structure and working process:
The spiral sand-water separator consists of a shaftless spiral, a liner, a U-shaped groove, a water tank, a guide plate, an outlet weir and a driving device.The sand-water mixture is input into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator. The heavier ones in the mixed liquid, such as sand, will be deposited at the bottom of the tank. Under the push of the spiral, the sand will be lifted along the inclined bottom of the tank and continue after leaving the liquid surface. After the sand is fully dehydrated, it is discharged to the sand bucket through the sand discharge port, and the water separated from the sand water is discharged from the overflow port and sent to the inlet pool in the factory.
