1. Understand the usage environment of the water pump and choose the correct water pump type (generally divided into wet type and dry type)
2. Calculate the required lift of the water pump.Sometimes customers include the flat ground conveying distance into the head. This is wrong. The flat ground conveying distance must be multiplied by the friction coefficient to calculate the head.
3. Pipe elbow wear, pipe friction, etc. must be taken into account. In actual situations, these are different, and it is quite troublesome to calculate accurately, so it is recommended to leave some space to ensure that the water pump can pump out water.
4. If you choose a stainless steel sewage pump, you must also find out the pH of the water quality, including particle diameter, etc., and choose the appropriate stainless steel material.Generally, 304 material is suitable for pH between 4 and 10. If it exceeds this range, it is recommended to use 316 or 316L stainless steel.
5. The water pump must be used within the rated lift range to ensure that the motor is not overloaded.
For example, if the actual required lift is 30 meters, but a water pump with a standard lift lower than 30 meters is used to pump water, this situation is a wrong usage method and will cause the motor to be overloaded. In serious cases, the motor will be burned out.
6. The water pump pipeline must be unblocked. If the pipeline is blocked, it will also cause the motor to be overloaded, and in serious cases, the motor will be burned out.
